Phnom Penh -White Mansion
White Mansion-was a beautiful colonial building with very large rooms. We stayed in the WM Twin and it was a soy massive.The only negative is that there isn’t air conditioning in the lobby, reception room of landings. The breakfast which takes place in the Le Cafe is very fresh and tasty but the choice is limited. Any additional tea or coffee is chargeable. Staff all very hospitable and polite. Laundry returned cleaned & neatly ironed

Gracious oasis in the city
Absolutely loved my stay at White Mansion. The high ceilinged rooms, elegant staircase, lovely little glassed in cafe surrounded by jungly garden all made it feel very special, and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Loved the fruit plate on arrival and the choice of breakfasts - French, American, Cambodian, etc. Location is quiet and reasonably handy to major attractions, but if you're coming soon be aware the palace complex is still closed for COVID reasons and may not reopen for months. But do stay here. I went up to Siem Reap for a couple of days and returning here felt like coming home.

I booked a reservation for White Mansion Boutique when I was kicked out of my quarantine hotel and needed to quickly find a hotel that accepts pets (cat). I received a warm welcome and was very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. I was impressed with the grand staircase and the feel of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay until I could locate an apartment. The hotel was very quiet and the free breakfast was divine. In fact, I was so pleased with the customer service (and delicious breakfast) that I tried to patron Le Cafe once a month to show how much I enjoyed the place. Fast forward one year...Unfortunately there was an issue with boarding my flight and I had to immediately find a hotel; nevertheless, White Mansion Boutique was the first on my mind. Even though I arrived at 11:30 pm I still received a warm welcome from the security guard. And once again, I had to extend my stay and they were nothing but accommodating. Really top notch customer service all around (hotel staff, cafe staff, cleaning ladies, security guard). I HIGHLY recommend a stay at White Mansion Boutique!!

Mostly positive with a few minor issues
Firstly let me start with the positive. Lovely room, great food and exceptional staff! The hotel is centrally located for exploring Phnom Penh. The cafe adjoining the hotel is an absolute treasure and provides wonderful French style bread and cakes. The building is lovely and very tastefully decorated. My only negative comments were relating to the inconsistent cleaning of the room and the sink and shower that constantly seemed to be blocked. I suspect some of the issues may relate to the current COVID situation affecting the staff availability. Overall would definitely recommend!
