The BEST hotel and service I could ask for!
I will run out of superlatives to describe how well we were treated during our stay in this very lovely hotel. The hotel was right smack in the middle of the best plaza by the Palace. We were picked up by Mario from the airport and he also brought us to the airport when we left — and I cannot appreciate enough the fact the he walked so far just so that he can carry our bags for us, especially since I have elderly parents. We were very grateful to him. We then had the pleasure of meeting Mira — who took care of us the entire time. First she upgraded us to the best room of the hotel overlooking the square, then she allowed us to leave our luggages with her when we went to Dubrovnik for a few days. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and beautiful like a movie star! She is the spitting image of Linda Fiorentino from Men in Black. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful with an amazing balcony. The bathroom was equally lovely. I can’t wait to go back to Split just so that I can see Mira and Mario again. Thank you for everything!

Elegance and premium service from the moment we walked in the door. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They even arranged for us to have breakfast boxes at 5am as we had to leave for an early flight. Wonderful location. Would stay here again anytime!

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out the staff were brilliant. They couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are well designed, spacious, extremely clean and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, it has everything you need to make the most of a brilliant city.
