    Clean and Friendly

    Very clean and plenty of Covid prevention items available and being used. This though has made for a very sterile atmosphere and the hotel has lost its warm and busy buzz. The staff were all friendly and made you feel welcome

    We got there in the end

    On checking in to a four day stay at the Hotel there was a problem with the booking. First time at this hotel so was not expecting there to be a problem, it got sorted quiet quickly. We got there in the end Room given was not up to standard i am afraid holes in the net curtain, stains on the blackout curtains, a massive stain on the carpet floor, wardrope panel broken table edge parts missing, bathroom door had stains on the inside , bathroom skirting could do with a touch up, the room felt lived in. We mentioned it to the receptionist and someone came to the room promptly, she took on board our concerns with another key to another room. All was rectified with another room which was delightful. We got there in the end Another concern was the lack of ventilation just air conditioned not a healthier option for us. Enjoyed the view of the golf course and surrounding areas. We will visit again hoping the Covid-19 restrictions will cease.

    Our one night stay was a nice break, large rooms with a lovely comfortabe bed, great shower and views of the golf course. The bar had an interesting outlook over the Hampshire cricket ground and food and drinks were both good. Would definately recommend.

    Lovely hotel but we were booked into a room on the same floor as a huge party of golfers, who were up all night swearing, shouting and room swapping. Hotel security did have a word but this only stopped them for a short period of time. A real shame as the room and balcony view of the cricket pitch was lovely. But unfortunately our kids were kept up with the noise from these idiots.

    Fabulous

    Great, clean hotel collected in a beautiful location. Great check-in was Very welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Louise. Restaurant food was delicious, breakfast really yummy and everything felt safe considering Covid times. Really recommend. Thank you to all at Hilton.
