Mala experiencia de 3 noches
La atención del personal deja mucho que desear, tuvimos una discusión con el encargado del restaurante y otra en recepción; los empleados con cara de pocos amigos, como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor a uno por estar en el hotel. Por otro lado, se hacen llamar Petfriendly pero su restaurante no lo es, bueno nada friendly la verdad. La limpieza y manteniendo de las instalaciones no son para un hotel que se cataloga como 4 estrellas con costo llegan a 2 estrellas; en general, nuestra experiencia no ha sido nada buena y no creemos que vayamos a volver otra vez.

The hotel is right infront of the beach. Just cross the street and youre there. The staff was friendly, easy check in, and the amenities were good. The only draw back, youre away from the center of Jaco
