The customer service is so so good and it is a pleasure to stay with Adya. The swimming pool views were amazing too.

Near to lots of food choices
Hotel design was dated but huge,staff was very friendly and polite. Seamless check in and check out. Balconies were very near to each other so no privacy.. overall good stay.

A disappointing stay
The room was warm as the air conditioning took time to cool the room. Even then, the room wasn’t sufficiently cool for me. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the pillowcase has black stains. The towels didn’t smell fresh and looked dull. The room card didn’t work and needed to be activated on a daily basis. This was inconvenient for me as I had to make a trip back to the lobby from my room to have the card reactivated. My request for late check out was approved during check in. I reconfirmed in the morning during breakfast about late checkout but at 11.30am, I received a call to check out if not I will be charged RM50. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Its our 1st time in Langkawi. We had a great time there. Location of Adya is good as it is within reach to tourist attractions. Ample parking space and wide spread of breakfast. We had booked 3 rooms for our stay. Staff are friendly and polite.

Hotel is nearby some basic amenities (e.g eating place). But don't like the room carpet cause dirty with stains. The pillows got some smell so ended up sleeping without pillows & aching everywhere.

Worth the money (near to restaurants and convenience shop). However, if you want to be near to beach, please do not choose this hotel as it is located at Kuah town and it’s quite far from cenang beach.
