Our Stay at BED Phrasingh
Our stay at this BED (adult only) hotel was great!! It is really the staff here that made our stay a wonderful one! So courteous and helpful. Every morning they talked to us about our plans for the day and offered recommendations. They had a genuine interest in making sure we were getting the most out of our stay in Chiang Mai. Farn ( I think I spelled that right) visited with us almost every morning and had us try some fish for breakfast that we would have skipped, and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of variety and plentiful. We had a bit of a hiccup upon arriving (the bathroom was too small for my disabled husband) but they immediately moved us to a different room with a bigger shower. The hotel is in the old city and within walking distance to temples, museums, restaurants and the Sunday Night Walking market. Also right down the alley were self service washers!! The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. Would definitely recommend and if we were to visit Chiang Mai again we would definitely stay here at BED Phrasingh!

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff, well kept property. Close to Sunday night market. They offer complimentary water snack’s coffee at the lobby . Rooms are fabulous, really enjoyed my stay here last not for one night , wish I had booked for longer . Will come back

Friendly Staff & Great Food
This place was fantastic! Great location and the only hotel I have ever stayed at where the breakfast buffet was some of the best food we had on our trip... and it was FREE! The staff were incredibly friendly, in the "you wish you could be friends with them" sort of way instead of the fake customer service way you typically encounter. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had (like offering us towels for our day trip to the Elephant Sanctuary! And ordering us a Grab car to the airport at a discounted rate). Plus, while a lot of places have people who can speak English, and it IS a foreign country so native fluency shouldn't be expected, I have to admit it WAS a really nice bonus to interact with staff who were completely fluent in my langauge.
