Very good locality. However, living area: one big chair (for a 300kg person), unconfortable and too small for two persons. The other person can take the dining chair to watch TV. A big cushion takes up a lot of space, but if you want to put down a glass of wine not very stable. Two normal armchairs and a little table would do the job nicely. Kitchen area: minimal equipement. coffee machine: you have to buy capsules. A normal filter machine would look less fancy, but would do a better job. Bathroom area: seperate toilet: good, but bathtub (with shower inside) open to sleeping area. Bath toilet area: badly designed.

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable, clean and quiet, and everything works well. It is right next to the U-Bahn and supermarkets. I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant base for our weekend away. Staff were helpful as we arrived outside of check-in times but they arranged it so that we could still get our keys. Access to the underground is almost immediate, but if your keen to walk, main attractions are some distance away but we felt we would see more doing this. Apartment allows for self-catering with hob, fridge etc. As well as an Aldi right nextdoor.

Not so comfortable
Beware travelers, this is NOT a typical Hotel, it is nearly unserviced apartment, to be fair the studio is spacious for a European Standard but it lacks many essential services: for example, reception timing is from 8 - 6 , and sometimes no one at the reception, you won’t get any service during non-working hours, I requested a King Size bed what I got is 2 single beds attached! So you will have a gap in the middle between the 2 beds! The mattress is not comfortable at all, Also the Blanket they offer is a single bed, when I asked for a king size blanket they said “we don’t offer it” also no choice for Pillows it’s very thin, so if you are planning to stay at this property, we’ll you better bring your own blanket and pillow, moreover beware that housekeeping is only done once every 4 days, not daily!! Location is convenient but lacks many typical things you get in a Hotel setup!

The staff were great, very friendly, and helpful. It doesn’t operate as a regular hotel with front desk open 24 hours. The entrance closes and opens at certain hours and need key to get in/out. The room is clean and has a simple kitchen which is nice. We didn’t check for additional amenities. Expedia shows Washer and Dryer, but we didn’t see them in our unit. Our biggest issue was PARKING. The following are shown on Expedia. “Parking included” is very misleading. Free self parking on site Free offsite parking Street parking available We thought the hotel has its own parking garage, but when we checked in the staff told us to find FREE parking on the streets or there are 2 parking garages near by with fee per day. Trying to find FREE parking on the streets were a nightmare with very limited spaces and many time restrictions. We had spent 1.5 hours looking for the FREE parking then gave up. We parked in front of the hotel which is good till next morning at 6 am, then we will move the car to one of the parking garages and pay the fee. The street where the hotel locates is very convenient to subway and many places to eat, but not so convenient at 6 am. We couldn’t move our car till all the delivery trucks off load their goods. Bottom line this statement of FREE parking means to try your own luck on the street. Not sure if I need to reserve a parking? The staff didn’t mention it. Best place to park is the parking garage for Deutsche Oper Berlin. Cash only.

Everything we wanted.
We stayed in Berlin Goodman's Living 5 nights. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great advice and directions and suggested a cab for our departure to airport, even reserving a cab for 0400. Hotel was right beside restaurants and a market. The U bond station was 50 meters away, and busses same distance. The room was clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for an European hotel. Liked the separate toilet from shower, it made morning prep efficient. Will stay there again.
