My stay was ok…
The staff is always friendly here. They always try to help. I did have a hard time about getting extra towels. They required a $20 deposit just to get extra towels. The internet password they gave me did not work. I even gave my device to reception to enter the password and still did not work, this was disappointing.

Proximity to the ocean makes the stay okay!
The hotel has a lot of potential but it needs to be updated. I loved the proximity to the ocean and listening to the waves at night was relaxing. The room was ok but the restroom needs serious work. Whoever owns or is in charge of maintaining the rooms needs to invest in upgrades to at least make the water flow, paint the walls and modernize them. I give it two ⭐️ due to the restroom needling work, the staff was great and we thank them for their great service.

The place is extremely old and delpitated, light switch don't work, got locked out in the balcony because the sliding door locked it self, it didn't work properly, the bedding was uncomfortable, the room smells, the food was cold, overall the view was the only thing that was okay, this hotel should be rated as a one star, not a three star, for what I paid I'm disappointed, and would never go back to this place again

Do not stay!
Usually we stay a little further south but came across this property and it’s pictures were dreamy. Not the truth in person. In need of love! Mold on bathroom wall, iron burns in carpet, bedding was a sheet only, room door was not secure. DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Although it’s a beach front property absolutely NOT WORTH THE STAY. They need to have a more realistic advertisement of the run down property. Cabanas and beach lounges were basically non existent.

Disappointing
The sheets very dirty, the tv control not working no water and our arrival and no hot water. Finally the patio did not open and it took 3 hrs to fix and also we had to get towels at the reception. Very bad experience the location was great but everything else bad

Would not recommend.
We rented a Villa, upon arrival there was still food crumbs on the counters from the previous visitors throughout the kitchen and trash was left on the patio. I am glad I packed cleaning solutions and did it myself. There is hardly any lighting indoors which you do not notice until the evening. The spa (more like a pond) is dirty and unsanitary. The patio had a ton of sand which could have been rinsed off prior to our stay. We ended up doing it ourselves. Make sure you book the room with the exact # of occupants otherwise you’ll have to pay $25-$60 for each additional guest, regardless of how many occupants the room accommodates. They do not allow any other visitors and will have them leave. We had family who lives nearby and they would not let them in or allow their car to park inside the parking lot. Even though the contract you sign when checking in states visitors are allowed until 10pm. The breakfast that is included consists of 2 entree options, coffee or juice and only coffee has free refills. Anything else is an extra charge. However, I would admit that the ocean view is absolutely spectacular.
