Value for money
For traveller with limited budget, this place is value for money. It has all we need except for towel need to pay JPY 100. It is near to the Shin Okubo train station, which I can use my JR pass.

Nice place
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hikari House. The staff were all very pleasant and kind and helpful. They were multi-lingual in Korean and English as well which was so helpful. The room was spacious compared to other places I've stayed in Japan and had pretty much everything I needed. The area is also nice..really close to Shin-Okubo station and lots of restaurants! There's also a Don Quixote right by the hostel. I would recommend this place and will likely book again if I return to Tokyo~^^

Great stay, would recommend !
The staff was very friendly, very helpful and welcoming. This hostel had a homey feel to it and felt clean. I would come here to stay again. They also accommodate English, Korean, Mandarin, and of course Japanese but it makes it easier for travelers definitely.

Clean hotel, good staff
Near lots of Korean restaurants, just the nearest JR station (Shin-okubo) having no elevator for tourists with luggage or baby stroller. Near a tax-free Don Quijote shop (about 100m away) and we love that :) The staff were nice and helpful. Next time in Tokyo I will try to find a place near Tokyo station since most of my day trips required a train from there. If stay other places, I will always have to waste time catch another train to this main station.
