Overnight stay
The Hotel lived up to its expecttion with it being named a budget hotel. The size of the room was small but it had everything I needed. Cleanliness was good. A lot of damage to walls in corridors which looked like they were about to work on because there were stainless protective strips on the floor ready for installation. Bit disappointing I paid for breakfast extra but on the morning 3 different groups utilised the breakfast facilities without paying.

Amazing quiet
I asked for a quiet room thinking there was little chance of that happening but (at the expense of a view) I was delighted to only hear the noise of a cooing dove. Most appreciative

It is truly budget motel
It is a really budget motel. These is no desk in the room. I cannot write my papers. If you need to keep your luggage there, you have to pay A$5. If you need a hair dryer, you need to pay as well. Worst of all, the service staff in particular in the front desk works very slow and a lack of efficiency and very indifferent to your requests. My room heater was out of order. I reported to one of staffs and a cleaning lady also kindly helped me call the front desk. Still no response at all. As a result, I stayed there for two nights without heater in such a cold weather in Melbourne. God bless me. I survive. The only positive thing I can mention is free breakfast, even though still very budget. I enjoyed expresso coffee every monring.

What you pay is what you get. A roughly run typical Ibis budget. It is bearably Ok except for the fact all the windows are frozen. I have never in any hotel I have staid in, anywhere in the world have I felt like there is no outside world===truly terrible. Degrades every aspect of the stay, I joked to my friends it was "the suicide suite". The serving of breakast was a bonus.
