The Good....
Parking – Plenty, there’s a space per room, right outside your room
Area – Seems nice, not much around but y0u can go for a walk. There’s the Race Trac garage over the road if you need anything, We had a slice of freshly made pizza and it was really nice!
Check in – Really Easy . Check out – Easy, no issues at all.
The Room – Can only comment on room 5. Had Microwave, fridge, 2 bottles of water, iron and ironing board. It was clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows were good. Liked having a table and chairs. The bathroom was great, retro in style, well maintained and the shower was the best we’ve ever come across. You have two chairs outside your room, it’s nice to site outside and appreciate the immaculately kept garden, it’s beautiful.
Pool – Very clean. By the side of the road but who cares
Laundry – Machines are outside. Use them 9am till 10pm. $2 per machine
The Not So Good......
The road is a bit noisy, but it’s a road, and the Motel is by the road, so not unexpected.
We would go back here in a heartbeat. The Motel is well cared for and it really shows, the owners are friendly and welcoming. It’s a lovely place to relax.
Nearby there is Silver Springs State Park, which is well worth a visit if you like boats and Alligators
