Surprised that Hotels.com has very high rating on this Hotel. I had booked the highest premium room in this hotel. It is very very Shady experience on arrival They gave me a room which they told is the Honeymoon Suite I had booked and when I entered the hotel, it was very stingy They did not have towels in the room and when I screamed they got me totally soiled towels There is no water to drink, there is no coffee or tea available to drink The Airconditoners were set at 32 and the room was fuming hot when I questioned they got remote to reduce the temperature and take the remote away Irony they do not do daily cleaning or replinshing the towels and bedsheets Horrible experience and Hotels.com duped me in booking this hotel with the high ratings
