Hotel was great, front desk was very sweet. The only thing was we could not get room service. We called and called and the front desk said they would call us and figure out was what going on. We never heard back. That was the only sad part. Other than that, everyone should stay there!

Excellent stay
Everything was just perfect. The central location was the best and easy to reach. There was a close parking lot with reasonable price. The reception has provided wonderful service and information. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. All amenities, including the wi-fi were faultless. Breakfast was great. I like to mention Mr. Gisel at the reception for his friendliness and excellent service.

Not as good as expected
I was expecting a lot more from this well rated hotel. The amenities are very lacking here compared to other hotels of this caliber. The supplies in the bathroom are less than a budget hotel. We experienced NO soap, NO conditioner, NO beauty supplies such as Qtips or make up wipes. The bed was very hard. The pillows as well. The leather chairs in the lobby are filthy which indicates a lack of care. The vibe here is very modern. I would suggest travelers to Milan look for a hotel that is more charming and one which has more attention to details that will make your stay a bit more comfortable.
