Buyer beware!!!
Hotel itself is great but hotel insisted on charging extra upon our arrival despite their own policies saying children stay for free with existing beds. They initially tried to force us to book an extra room altogether and also to charge because we arrived an hour after the scheduled check in time (this is an airport hotel and it is not unusual for flights to get delayed!). Buyer beware!!!

It’s a very nice bed and breakfast place. They have 13 rooms, all have garden views. The bathroom are very clean and spacious. Close to the airport, perfect for arriving and departing at Milan international airport (MXP).

Approximately 10 mins from the airport!
The MXP rooms was a bit better then what I had expected. They offered recommendations for restaurants, gas station location and helped out with mapping out how to return our rental care at Milan Malpensa airport. Aside from that, the room was modern equipped with a kitchen if needed. Also, there was a nice breakfast that offered enough to send us on our way to the airport and back home.

Expectations Exceeded
While the facility was a little further from downtown Milan than we had anticipated, the room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend, especially convenient to the MXP airport.

They had breakfast starting at 4 am which is very helpful for people leaving in the early morning. There are two people at the reception and are very nice. The person offered me a ride to the airport when I was not getting a Taxi. They can also order food for you from a nearby restaurant.
