It was on the beach with a huge balcony, very affordable

In need of a update/renovation but can’t beat its location and beach!!

You get what you pay for. In need of updating. Location was great, beach walk perfect, I dont think this location has ever been updated, if the curtains would of worked, it would pass as a three star.

The view was great,but the room badly needs work the accordion doors broken , blinds broken,tub dirty , rug in bedroom was grossly dirty, cupboard door under sink broken, trash left underneath the sink.

Location, landscaping is kept nice. Cleanliness was disappointing including pool, entrance, ashtrays beside elevators. Managers office is very cluttered and looks more like a teenager bedroom.

The one bedroom condo suited our needs perfectly. It is an older property that could use some updating, however, we prefer beach style comfort as opposed to a two bedroom cramped hotel room. The view was amazing and the location is unbeatable. This beach was so much less crowded than Madeira Beach and Pass A Grille. I believe that being located right next to John's Pass was helpful to keep the foot traffic down. Office hours were limited to 9-4, but Steve was extremely helpful and friendly once we arrived. We were allowed to check in 5 hours early. There are Adirondack style chairs to take to the beach and an assortment of other beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, and floats that other guests have left. There were some people not staying at the Nordvind who came to use the pool after the staff had left. However, they did leave once they were told that this was a private pool for guests only. The building was quiet. Washer and dryer are free as are 2 gas grills located near the pool area. Overall, a wonderful experience. Kids and I would like to return to Treasure Island and would stay here again.

Room was very dirty outdated counter tops chip up front of fridge very rusty toilet in bathroom leaned towards the wall fridge wasn’t cold had to buy ice to keep food cold also bought cleaning supplies to clean the room new sheets for the bed and new pillows also would not recommend for anyone to ever stay there room had a very dirty smell as soon as you walk thru the door would rate my stay a 0 out of 10

Only thing good about it,it close to the beach and a nice warm pool.room need a loot of work on it,bathroom bath to small and to high to get in if you got bad legs.its very noisy to did not get much sleep people in the shimming pool one night till 1.45am and lot of people who were not staying there use the pool to

It's all about the view. My room was large, open, very clean, and with a large terrace and gulf front view. Updates appear to be in progress. Nice pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and tables. The property atmosphere is low key and laid back. Short walk to John's Pass. More suitable for families who drive and not fly in - beach chairs and umbrellas aren't provided, and grocery store is a distance away.
