The room was great! Check in was speedy. Only down fall was my tib had jets (room #11) and they did not work. And walls r very thin.

Not very friendly check in, called front desk at 9p.m. for help figuring out the wall air and heat unit, no answer, left a message, no call back ever received. So, no heat or air all night.

AC didn’t work, room was hot. No tv the first night. The management couldn’t fix it said they had to wait for a repair man the next day. Stayed there for four days. Area was nice. Parking was tight.

Very loud. Disappointed that the bed wasn’t made after first night. I’ve never been to a hotel or motel where they cleaned up the room, and brought fresh towels etc, but they didn’t make the bed?!?!

Great location, just two blocks from the historic district and shops. Everything was clean and updated, bed was great, bathroom was good - it was just small for a multi day visit. The front desk staff is great and very accomodating.
