DON’T STAY HERE! First off, there was an office, but nobody was ever in it. You had to check in via text. All communication was via text, even if you requested a call back. We got upgraded to penthouse. I’d hate to see what we originally rented. When we walked in there was an unpleasant smell. We found coffee pot with coffee and mold growing on it, dirty dishes still in dishwasher, a box of baking soda in refrigerator that looked like a sconce project and major dust on fans. The worst was the vents that were black with mold and one of bedrooms ceiling ( which was even coming down). After a few days we were feeling sick. We left and got another hotel and requested $$$ back. They text back that it is non-refundable. We shared pics with them and requested many times for a call back. She ( owner) gave us 3 days refund while they got ducts cleaned out. he had her son call me a few times. I feel bad for him having to deal with it all and her not giving a care in the world. Not sure how she can sleep at night running her business this way. We rented for 3weeks. Upon checking back, it looked like they were cleaned a bit, but still had black on vents. The ceiling was still un touched. We never went back to stay. Never received compensation either. DO NOT STAY HERE. The health department would have a field day with this place.
