Great Location Staff helpfulness Drinks in bar are extremely expensive Room was good but need hooks for hanging things. No iron.
Everything Ok.
This is an excellent, small and well located hotel. The service is excellent across the board.
Great hotel. Fantastic location, and accommodations are modern and clean. Staff is super friendly. I would definitely stay again.
Hotel at the bottom end of Stiklal Ave. Very nice property. Nice staff. A little hard to get in and out because the street is divided with a fence that can’t be crossed, so it is kind of tricky. The room was very spacious and clean. However, the shower could get a little attention. There is mold on tiles. Overall good property. Nice chill rooftop to drink a wine at night.
Great location for exploring Sultan Ahmet and Pera/Galata area. Friendly staff, clean and well appointment room.
Located 5 mins walk to tram line that takes you in 3-4 steps to Hagia Sophia. 5 mins walk to Galatea Tower. Elegant hotel. Very comfortable stay and really good breakfast with big spread. Comfy and spacious room/bathroom with premium-feel & modern look.
A glamorous entrance and lobby area within a discreet but handsome property in a great location close to the river and all the sights. negatives are that taxis can't understand the address or find it as the tram line sends them off in a great long detour. The staff were amazing, very polite, on hand to help and recommended a beautiful restaurant called Ali Ocakbasi Karakoy - a must go place for lunch. The negatives were that the bar on the top floor wasn't that amazing and the downstairs one was closed. Overall loved our stay
Very nice small hotel well decorated, nice location, excellent service and very attentive service. A pleasure to stay, the rooms are on the small side with a large bathroom which could have more hangers, a necessity for travelers
Overall this is a great hotel. Beautiful design work with a cozy rooftop that opens at 6pm where you can see much of Istanbul at night (a view worth seeing!). The staff were very helpful to us with recommendations for dining and how to get places. A handsome staff, I might add. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth $20USD — fresh foods, lots of choices, nicely presented and a good deal if you like to load up before hitting the sites. However there are streets a few blocks away and an easy walk where I recommend you try Mums Place for a nice cheap breakfast. It’s super convenient to the tram and funicular for travel and just 10 minutes (steep) uphill walk to Galata Tower; also nearby is Pub Alley which I thought was one of the coolest streets ever: cafe after restaurant after pub and shop, narrow, covered by vines overhead. Terrific people watching. Very charming. I did find my bed too firm but bed comfort is highly subjective so you may find it fine. Ask for a room on floor 2 or higher. This is a very busy area and you’ll want to escape street noise. That said it is very quiet inside the hotel. Unfortunately I had two guests in the room next door who were very loud until 4am and smoking in their room which came into my room. This is a nonsmoking hotel! The hotel warned them twice to stop until they threw them out at last. Just my luck though that was on the last day there so I only got two hours sleep on my final night. The hotel did comp two breakfasts to apologize.
