It is amazing that one of their front desk staff visited the most hotspring resorts in America and Asia and he is able clearly tell me the unique value of the Chiben hotspring and his hotel. his information makes me felt my selection of Chiben Royal Hotel is right.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast and dinner are included, which had a lot of choices and all delicious. We also enjoyed various activities, not to mention the hot spring facilities.

This is a family-oriented hotel. In other words, expecting plenty of kids running around and yelling everywhere (lobby, aisles, facilities, restaurants etc.) in the hotel. You can hear them even if you stay in your room. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, avoid this place. If you're bringing kids, it's perfect.
