1. Receptionist services are not very friendly. 2. There are no facilities provided for the OKU [disable person] such as OKU need to use the stairs from the car park to enter the hotel grounds because there is no OKU car park. 3. The stairs from the car park to the hotel grounds are not well maintained as they retain water when it rains and are slippery due to mossy surfaces. 4. There is no exemption for parking fees for guests at this hotel. 5. The vending machines for the car park are in a remote position, in the building next to the hotel and confuse the users as there are no signposts. 6. Rooms for visitors are cramped and lack of natural ventilation and the description of the visitor's room is not as advertised.
