The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea
Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside
Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

Det var inte fel på hotellet. Det var mycket smidigt att checka in själv och rummen var ändå helt ok! Jag åt mig absolut mätt på hotellets frukost, men vill man ha en ordentlig hotellfrukost rekomenderar jag någon annan stans. Äggröra och bacon (det var gott) bröd och lite olika pålägg, flingor. Hotellet var ok helt enkelt! Det var också det billigaste att välja på för min del så är ju trots allt försvarligt att bara vara ok då :)
