Charged in full but not available
The hotel accepted my booking on this site for two nights, and I was charged in full but when we got to the hotel we were told that it is a quarantine hotel and they don’t accept bookings and that the hotels.com listing was a mistake. They said they will refund in full but it still has not been processed and I have not heard from them at all. It has now been 4 days.
The hotel still shows availability here even though they are not able to accept bookings. The phone number listed here and on their website is not working. We called to confirm the reservation before driving there but of course couldn’t get through. I also emailed them two days before the date we reserved but didn’t get a response.
