I didn’t like that someone vomit in the pool and it wasn’t cleaned up. Also the staff was overly attentive.But in overall a good experience.

Inconveniente la falta de servicios de Internet gratuito. Gotera en el baño y tapada la descarga del lavabo ya que su descarga es muy lenta.Reportado en Recepcion.

Lo bueno: Excelente la variedad, sabor y calidad en el bufette, muy agradable el espectáculo nocturno del grupo de animación, excelente ubicación del hotel. Lo malo: Música personal de algunos huespedes a muy alto volumen. Instalaciones un poco viejas.

Pague una habitación con 2 camas king size y me dieron 2 matrimoniales, se escuchan tudos los ruidos de la habitacion de al lado y no dejaban dormir, se la pasaban cantando, las mesas del restaurant muy incomodas, no habia Wifi, y la imagen de la television muy mala. Buena ubicacion

Había visitado con mi familia este hotel en otras ocasiones y nos había encantado pero el hotel esta descuidado, no funciona correctamente el aire acondicionado, en el loby tienen ventilador para las recepcionistas y los huéspedes estamos formados con mucho calorpara el check in y el check out, con largas filas... la limpieza en las habitaciones la realizan después de la 3 de la tarde por lo cual nos entregaron tarde la habitación... el paquete incluye algunas bebidas en el servibar por día pero no lo ponen.... en fin, creo que no regresaré, me descepcionó

Muy agradable estancia!
El hotel en general es muy bueno calidad-precio. Falta más higiene en cuanto a la habitación (sofá específicamente). La comida es muy rica, pero falta abrirse a posibilidades vegetarianas. Mejorar sus shows. Personal amable, educado, servicial. Pulgas en su gimnasio.
