Place is quiet and relaxing but for the price that I Pay $114 it was to much very small room not even a pair of chair to sit , water was so cold I couldn’t take a shower overall place was new for me to visit . I won’t rent again for the same amount of money ! They’re more hotels with better and large room accommodations
Friendly staff, very nice and well kept property. The room with the terrace was perfect.
We were looking forward to our stay. Overall the place is lovely. However very disappointed that when we arrive to our room it was not 100% clean. The hair dryer in the restroom had a hair hanging from it. The outside patio furniture had a dead roach and hair on it. One of the toilets in one of the restrooms kept getting clogged. The heater in the room my kids stayed did not work and it was really cold at night. To be fair when I called reception they sent maintenance down to fix the issues right away. But finding the hairs on the furniture specially with COVID just ruined things for us. You would figure that they would make sure everthing was running properly, oh we also had a light out in the living room prior to guest checking in. Having maintenance in your room for 30min when you first arrive is not pleasant. Also the guy who checked us in was not wearing a mask.
Great customer service and super clean
Feels like you’re on a ranch which is great. Can only vow for breakfast which was amazing. On the negative we initially only had one bath towel and and a fraction roll of toilet paper. A few members in our group were transferred to another hotel because the reservation was lost. Unknown if it was the hotel or booking agency fault. Final thoughts this place is a solid 3.5. If they pay attention to detail, they would move up in my opinion.
The AC in the room did not work. The service wasn’t anything extraordinary. Good place to stay if you need two beds.
I was very disappointed with this hotel. A lot of construction going on, I could have dealt with that, but the service was horrible. Their "continental breakfast" was a joke, a few pieces of old fruit with a few drops ( yes drops) of yogurt and cottage cheese, and a few pieces of cereal not even granola. The hotel has a restaurant, because of renovations we could not order dinner. It was close early, when i asked the manager what we could eat, he directed us to an almost empty vending machine. An almost $300 a night hotel offering a vending machine? We asked for a bucket of ice and waited about 2 hours until we HAD to go to reception desk and finally was given some ice in a bag. The guy that helped seemed bothered. I was promised a bottle of wine when i booked and was never provided one. Workers were loud very early in the morning. We were sitting in one of their areas and a maintenance guy was using a blowing machine in the dirt, so imagine the cloud of dirt right on us, when he saw us move, he kept doing his thing and didn't even react. What a shame!!! VALLE DE GUADALUPE is a magic place, not sure why this hotel does not do it's part to keep people happy and wanting to come back. NOT WORTH IT
I think we got diverted to a lower grade room. The shower provided between a drip and a trickle of water. Not enough to shower by. Restaurant service was so bad, we saw a party of about 16 people seated, then have to leave because they couldn't get service. No printed menus, only QR code, quite inconvenient if you want to unplug and leave your phone behind.
Excelente lugar y servicio Bellos amaneceres entre viñedos
10 days before I was set to stay I had a COVID exposure, I needed to quarantine for two weeks. I promptly contact the hotel text with my situation, contacted Expedia, and receive no resolution till the day after my reservation started saying they could make new accommodations, I would receive no credit. This is completely unacceptable. Apparently doing the responsible thing only result in my losing $400. It is not acceptable for the hotel, whom I contacted and Expedia contacted on a daily basis to be radio silent until the day after the reservation. Terrible, terrible service, and utterly disappointed.
