Embora seja o melhor hotel de Aparecida, poderia ter um atendimento mais humanizado, ainda mais por ser de propriedade da Arquidiocese. Nos negaram um early check in mesmo fora de temporada, e com o hotel vazio. Restaurante deixa a desejar. Café da manhã bagunçado. De toda forma é um bom hotel, já nos hospedamos por duas vezes e devemos nos hospedar de novo. Fica a dica para melhorarem.
