Excellent Hotel, Top Location, and amenities, especially the pools and the kid's playground. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. The only problem is the breakfast, it was very poor and low quality. We have to go to have breakfast at a near restaurant and bakery.

We love this hotel. It's our 4th time staying here. We missed the fully stocked breakfast buffet but understand the new restrictions due to the pandemic. The reservations for the pool and restaurants were very organized. Hope everything can go back to mormal soon.

Excellent service. The property is kid friendly, lovely indoor and outdoor playgrounds, their gym has amazing view. Steam is always on and pools are warm if it rains. Breakfast is good. This hotel has so much to offer. We will definitely stay here again if we visit pereira as location is convenient too.
