The Camden Hotel by the Key Collection - Dublin

Excellent service and comfortable room with huge bed

The front desk was amazing. The room was clean but the carpet had many stains. The bed was OK - mattresses sunk and felt like there was plastic under the sheets. The noise below the hotel is quite loud at night.

Although there was a club next door, we couldn't hear anything from our floor. The elevator is a tad slow and you need to be buzzed in to the lobby. Thankfully there is a concierge there 24 hours.

Could not sleep .noise Room directly over pub and music blaring until 3am . Noise continued with staff clearing up and talking extremely loud.

Overall, a decent stay but not worth €100 a night. The bed was uncomfortable (hard and two uneven twins pushed together). Our toilet didn’t flush and our heater didn’t turn off. When we informed reception he insisted we were mistaken and they did and when I pushed he said he would call someone. We were gone 7 hours and came back with it still not working. We had to leave the window open because they heater didn’t shut off but there is a crazy loud pub across the street and they even provide ear plugs because it’s so loud. I’d recommend for the price, you’re better off paying a little extra to stay up the way at Camden court hotel!
