    Loved it!

    We really liked that hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was very comfortable, nice bathroom with a separated toilet. Oh and you have access to your own portable music box plus you can borrow a bag during your stay and if you’d like you can order room service. The food/ breakfast is provided by the in-house located restaurant Neni, which is serves really nice Arabian-Mediterranean food.

    Beautiful old building. The restaurant and bar decor was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The female reception staff were extremely helpful. The male reception staff, with one exception ( Christian) were surly and very unhelpful. The hotel is located in a great area in the middle of the old warehouse district. Transport very close by. Would definitely stay there again.

    Great place to stay in Hamburg

    Wonderful stay with a wonderful room. Nice location within easy walking distance to local attractions. Close access to the metro for travel to the airport. Restaraunt and bar were also quite nice.

    Interesting, spacious room

    Beautiful, quirky but useful room. Very spacious with a sitting area you wouldn’t expect in this price range. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. We found the bed, particularly the pillows, not ideal but had the same experience throughout Germany, so I think it’s a matter of different customs not this hotel doing anything a German would see as inferior.

    A beautiful Boutique Hotel using recycled materials for decorating! They kindly allowed us to stay in our room until 2pm because our train wasn't leaving untl later. All the staff we met were lovely!

    Great hotel in a great area . Really funky and great staff . All spoke English . Car parking for 15 euro under hotel so very handy . Our room was great with air con and could open windows . Easy walk to everything. Would love to stay again .

    The hotel is in a great location and it is a wonderful property. The staff were very friendly, the room lovely and the food delicious. The only problem we had is that we couldn't find the front door and ended up at first in the sister hotel next door!
