Hotel is in excellent position and really spacious. However, room needs a spruce up - paint, tiling Sheets too small for bed. Some staff not that friendly or helpful but others (1 at reception and dining room staff were lovely)

Good place to stay near the beach in Ashkelon
Very good location (right across the beach and close to marina), servicies, and very helpfull staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast. The prices was reasonable for the service and location. The facilities were a bit old, but that was the only minus. This is certainly the best place to stay in Ashkelon, if you want to be by the beach and not in the downtown (away from the beach).
