The lobby, hallways and elevator and room were clean and presentable. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were great.
Our king size bed, couch and kitchen area was very nice. Everything was spacious. Our disappointment was that the shower leaked onto the floor almost out of the bathroom door area. We called front desk and their solution was to send someone up with more floor towels . While that worked for the moment, that was only one shower of our visit. When I reported that our room needed to have towels removed and replaced I was told room was serviced every 7 days. I was given a garbage bag to pick up the sopping towels to be placed outside our door. I wouldn't have gotten the bag until I mentioned how wet they were to place on rug.
You could tell this was an ongoing issue because the corner of the wooden bathroom door was damaged and repainted. We weren't offered another room, nor were we offered a discount for our troubles. Unfortunately, the hotel industry is going down hill as this is not the first time we have brought structural issues to management attention with no solution. Everywhere we se help wanted signs, here as well.
We were on the 4th floor, so I imagine at some point the water will find its way down to 3.
