An absolutely beautiful and serene property to stay at. Beautifully appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our rental car had a flat tire and they were very kind to help us out on the spare tire and directions to a garage for it to get fixed. If we had to mention one thing as a “negative” it would have been service at the Al Fresco restaurant where they seemed to forget on more than one occasion things we asked for. We were able to do the horseback riding with Sara who made a first timer feel very comfortable, do a wine tasting with Lorenzo who was charming and so fun, and get a massage and enjoy the steam room. The front desk staff was super helpful and helped plan our stay weeks before we even arrived and made suggestions and reservations for us all throughout. We were also lucky enough to meet GG (who may be the manager or guest relations) who looked out for us during our entire stay and showed us around the gorgeous property. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
