Had an unexpected wake a call at 2am.Woke me up and then couldn't go back to sleep as a large group staying in rooms above and Next door were really loud thumping around and laughing until 3am.When I mentioned this to receptionist she said she would look into the wake up call but never got back or even apologised. We have stayed before and have had pleasant experiences. We have also stayed here with large group and have stayed in room 303 before. We have had the 2am wake up call in this room, but thought it was a prank. Maybe there is a glitz in system and hotel need to check pH system so no one else is woken up at 2am.
