Property is very homelike, including real physical keys. The views of the lake and volcano are majestic. The food and margaritas awesome. Just a short tuk tuk ride away from town. Friendly staff. Great place to stay; highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and very pleasant staff. We were disappointed that the pool was under construction and could not use. That was on the top of the reason we booked our last night in Panajachel at this location.

Fabulous property. All rooms above first floor have spectacular views. Bathroom adequate. Staff very clean and crisp, but not overly friendly, except for a bar man and reception. Don’t include a Saturday in your stay. There are lots of weddings on the weekends. Nice to see, but after suffering through 7 hours of very loud music - without any breaks one does get tired. Still it is an incredible hotel for the money

Amazing view of lake Atitlan. Beautiful gardens. Nice pool area and good restaurant. I had been at this hotel more than once.

The location with unobstructed views of the volcanos and lake plus the beautiful gardens created a peaceful and relaxing experience. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbours, especially if they let the door slam shut (minor issue for us). Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended it!
