Room was cramped, can't imagine 4 people in the room. Bathroom layout design is very poor. Dining room is fine, but limited capacity because of covid restrictions.

Left a lot to be desired......

This hotel is right by the ferry which gets in each day at 6:45pm and after going through the government screening, it is closer to 7:45pm. The restaurant at the hotel was only open until 8:30, so it was too late to eat there once we had checked in. Surely they know people will be coming from the ferry to eat and stay here?! We were directed to the bar where we could still order food but there was only one bartender who was responsible for all tables in the bar and filling the drink orders for people in the restaurant too. They didn’t have several items on the menu and when we did choose something, it took over 45 minutes to get any food and our main course was served before our starter( which was chowder yet took over an hour to be cooked).... The air conditioner in our room did not work and one of the front desk staff came up with a screwdriver to ‘Macgyver’ it to work, which it did sparingly for the rest of the night. It’s close to the ferry but that’s about it’s most positive attribute.
