About an hour train ride to central area. The hotel is operated with an amusement park and a nice shopping center. It was disappointing to find out that this hotel does not have a gym. The hotel staffs directed me to a gym facility in the shopping mall that charged me around 20 Euros per use. Breakfast was excellent quality at around 30 Euros per day extra. Room is big and nice but could use some renovation in the bathroom.

The rooms in the hotel are unusually large and have high ceilings, but the overall feeling we had was that the hotel was very tired and definitely needed some TLC inside and outside. The staff was polite and helpful (we were even given a rollaway bed for free). Mattresses were way too hard to our liking. The breakfast was okay but a bit limited in choices. There's a shopping mall above the hotel with plenty of cafés and restaurants (although many have poor scores on Google), as well as a supermarket.

Wonderful stay with family

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The hotel itself was great. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Great seating area with a dining table and chairs to eat. Extra sofa and armchairs so great seating area in addition to bed that is present in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Showers/bathrooms were great. The hotel is attached to a mall which is nice as it was easy to get groceries as there was a grocery store in the mall and easy to get food as there was a food court in the mall. Downside to the hotel is that it is about 30-45 minutes from the main touristy areas like Old Town Sultanahmet or Taksim Square which was a pain when it came to getting taxis. In order to go or come during premium times taxis would continuously cancel on Uber unless I was willing to pay an extra premium. In USD it wasn't bad in honesty but still annoying to deal with. Otherwise, the only other downside specific to the hotel itself is that the hallway corridor is very dark at night in a couple areas. We arrived at 2 AM to check in and the staff was wonderful. The bellboy/receptionist were fast and efficient and helped check in easily. The lighting in the hallway where the rooms were located was not ideal but all in all a very minor issue. During the daytime and evening hours when people are typically awake that was not a problem. Only an issue in the direct middle of the night. Overall, would use this hotel again.

This hotel is my second home and I enjoy staying here, but recently it needs some maintenance. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning, the carpets need replacing, and the hotel corridor is full of cigarette smells. Please accept my comments. Best regards.

Da migliorare l'aria condizionata che si interrompeva dopo 10 minuti e la manutenzione, per esempio i rubinetti in bagno hanno del calcare, la base metallica della luce in bagno è ossidata, la porta del bagno un po' sciupata nella parte in basso. Insomma, da nuovo doveva essere molto bello, ora avrebbe bisogno di un po'di restauro per mantenere il livello
