Everything was great! The owner is so nice, she made sure everything was perfect for us and she left breakfast in our room because we checked out before 8am. Perfectly located in the old town and it’s very close to the beach/ferry. Very clean and there’s A/C :)

Is close to everything
I am going to call you at customer service about this hotel. You did not inform that it was taken over by a new owner !!! Place is very nice. Manager darling. Owner didn’t seem very helpful I asked him for shampoo and he took me go buy it myself
Place was not ready for us.!!! Will be contacting you at customer service. Not happy with travelocity.

Good location but poor value. Hotel was locked when we arrived during the posted check in time so we had to phone. The building and room keys were difficult to use so in an emergency we would not be able to leave quickly.

Never again!
Terrible hotel, staff are never around. No toiletries, a big bottle of used shower gel and liquid hand soap. No shampoo or anything else. No cup/glass to brush your teeth! No hot water! Luke warm at best! Noisy location. This is more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel!!!

Small Hotel, Good Location
There is no car access to this hotel. We had to park a few blocks away and pull suitcases to the hotel.
The room was VERY small, no space to put suitcases. We decided to move to another hotel the second day, the second night was not refunded.
The bathroom didn't have new soap, shampoo .. It had big used bottles of shampoo and body wash.
This hotel is clearly for the young travelers that just want to be close to the action and not concerned in comfort or size or rooms.
