5star! Where to start? This hotel is quiet possible the best on the island. Arrival. You drive into a private car park at the rear of the hotel.As soon as we arrived we were meet by Andy and Jo, the owners. Andy booked us in explained the layout of the local area, during this time jo had taken are luggage to are room. Once we checked in Andy took us to are room explained how everything worked. The room. The room had king-size bed, a fridge which was refilled every morning with a bottle of milk and bottles of water, has a large range of tea,coffee refilled every day. There is also a TV with freesat two comfortable chairs to sit and look at the sea view should you wish to start or end your day with a fantastic view. The shower is big enough to fit two people you have a choice of a sunflower head or detachable. They also clean and make your room up daily. Breakfast. At breakfast you are greeted by andy with fresh juice or hot drink or both. The variety of breakfast is second to none, you have a range from fruit to a full English breakfast and everything in-between. Once you finish breakfast jo will make you some fresh pastries to take away for your day out. Check out This conists of key drop off. To summaries a brilliant stay in a fantastic hotel with very warm and welcoming owners. We will be returning. Thank you Andy and Jo.

This is by far the best place we have stayed at. We were greeted immediately in the car park by the owners who were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout. The Covid safety planning was thorough and manageable. The accommodation is clean, tasteful, with light and airy rooms. The breakfast room is well planned, clean and inviting with little walled of areas giving some privacy. The breakfast was tasty and well presented with nothing too much trouble and couldn't be faulted in any way. This couple have thought if everything and we would stay there again anytime. First class service all round.

More than a gem
Fabulous! Andy and Jo are lovely people. The way they serve breakfast was an "art" - from the quality of food to the delicate display, everything was so meticulous! It was absolutely fine dining! The room is spacious and absolutely clean (comment from a clean freak!). The deco is simple yet good taste. It's certainly a gem and we are very happy with everything during our stay.

What a gem of a place to stay
An immaculately clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and friendly place to stay in the quiet town of Shanklin. Literally on the seafront in a great location, plentiful parkjng even when all rooms are occupied which is a genuinely useful amenity. Jo & Andy could not do enough for us and were very knowledgeable about great local bike riding routes, good restaurants, attractions worth visiting. The freshly cooked to order breakfasts are amongst the best we've had at any hotel. We cannot recommend this place highly enough, you really will be very happy to have a short break here.
