The details of the decoration are remarkable. Every corner is used as a show of good taste. The lamps, the chairs, the coffee tables, the paintings, etc, By far one of the finest hotels I have ever been and I have been in many in my long live. Congratulations to the arquitects and decorators for the achievement.

Great stay! Would visit again. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Every room has a view of the ocean. The bathrooms are large have a separate Jacuzzi tub from the shower. There are activities scheduled by the hotel. Beach towels or Friday at the beach club. Breakfast was outstanding.

Not a 5 star hotel: unacceptable service
Located next to the beach with their own beach club, which is probably the best part of the hotel. We had several issues, including but not limited to extremly slow cleaning of the room even when telling them when to come, nobody answering for 30 minutes plus when asking for room service or a dental kit. The property is not in good condition to be so new. Some days the bathroom was smelling so much that we couldnt go in there. The breakfast is not very nice, 2/5 maximum. They offered us free lunch and drinks as compensation for their mistakes and poor service, which was a nice gesture.

The Hotel has everything to be a Grand Hotel but...it is full of kids very noisy. Poor WIFI and the cleaning was just regular. I stayed 9 nights. The rest outstanding

A wonderful three night stay. Excellent and friendly service. Restaurant in lobby great. Wonderful spa. Room with spectacular view. Great nearby casino and shopping. 😘 👎Room service - quality of food below acceptable. We did inform the manager, who was most hospitability but did not make any gestures to comp the room service meal.
