Should be better when all refurbished
We had a 4 night stay & were originally put in a room that was not refurbished and there was construction noise and mess all outside the room and the room was dated and in need of work with no a/c. We asked to move and did get moved, the new apartment was better but we h horrible stains on the carpet. The communication & delays to make the move was frustrating and took a lot of time from our stay.

Excellent apartment near St Paul’s
From the arrival to departure we had a very positive experience of the apartment and the staff. We were able to check in early by chance. The staff were helpful and friendly. The area was excellent to bas eourselves near St Paul’s.

Hidden gem
It was a little difficult to find but once we did, I felt like it was a hidden gem. Check in was super easy. There was always a friendly greeting at the desk when we passed by. There was no air conditioning and we were there when it was very hot and humid. They had two floor fans but one did not oscillate. The rooms were very spacious and it was wonderful having a kitchen. The couch isn’t very comfortable and there weren’t any tissues. I also thought it strange that there weren’t any outlets in the bathroom. We loved hearing the bells from St. Paul’s Cathedral. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Great place but AC not working.
The place overall is very nice, clean and convenient. It is right in the middle of London center with an easy walk to the Tube and Thameslink. The apartment very spacious for a family of four with two bathrooms. The people at the front desk are helpful and nice. The AC however did not work, although they advertised the room as having AC. The first day or two the reception people said it was being looked into and a repair man should be coming, but other reception people told us that its has been out since the repair work started on that wing. We felt a little deceived. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but London was going through a hot spell and we were on the 4th floor and only could open our windows a crack. It was very hot when we returned from a day of touring and had to take cold showers to cool off before bed. If the AC situation was fixed, and/or just told the truth from the beginning... I would highly recommend this place.

We couldn't have asked for more. We loved our very spacious apartment! We had so much space to spread out and were able to do laundry our last day before heading out. The location was terrific - easy walking to lots of places of interest and public transportation. The windows open for fresh air. We will definitely be back! Love it!
