Good
Quaint and pleasant except that there was no central air, only wall units and we had plumbing issues constantly.

It's convenient to all but not updated. Basic bed & bathroom. Expensive compared to other options for the decor. Parking extra.

Nice Room with small hotel service
The room was nice and big. It was nice having the T stop right outside made getting into city easy. Got INCREDIBLY cold at night and no one to talk to about that. Was promised at check out that there would be a luggage hold, than there wasn’t and we were left with no where to put luggage and got yelled at my front desk (at the other location as no one was working the desk at our location!) that we should have asked for late checkout earlier. We wouldn’t have needed late check out if there was a luggage hold!

Exceptional
I am so fortunate to have stumbled across this beautiful BNB. I have never stayed in a bed and breakfast and was not sure what to expect but I stayed for 14 days while I was in between housing in Boston. There is a very homey feel to the entire place and it is very, very different from your average mega hotel chain. Pros: The building is beautiful, if you like antiques and Victorian style homes its one of a kind and memorable. I stayed in the top floor attic room and though the house is old they have done a great job in my opinion with the decor and cleanliness. Pros: My room was super quiet, sometimes I felt like the only person in the entire place. The location of the room being on the attic level contributed to how quiet it was. Also most guests I met were professionals, students, faculty or buisness travelers who were all very quiet and respectful. Cons: there was really nothing major, one con for me personally was the timing for breakfast. Breakfast is put out around 7:45/8:00am, most mornings I had to leave by 7am so unfortunately I would miss the pastries. However on mornings I would leave later the muffins and pastries they put out were really tasty! Even if I missed breakfast they had 24/7 snacks and a fridge of juice and yogurt which I appreciated. Nonetheless, this is really a unique place and I am so thankful for their kindness and hospitality. If you are looking for something different, that is not your typical chain hotel, stay here.

Legit
Its a great location and the gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and informative. It has the feel of sorority house at a college. Walking distance to a couple nice lil restaurants one of which i dined at( publick house) My only gripe with this place is the $30 parking fee you should purchase because there is no overnight parking in Brookline! Well worth the purchase and I highly recommend this low key gem

The building has character. It’s exceptionally quiet. The door locks need to be replaced as it’s a definite security risk. Also some paper cups in the rooms would have been nice. I will stay there again

Parking was difficult because of a snow storm. Also not aware of the parking charge until we checked in.
