The staff is very accommodating and they will go above and and beyond. They are friendly, welcoming and informative. Don’t miss out on trying one of the massages at the spa. I was told by a friend, Ana is the best.

The workers keep asking where did you go all day and getting in your personal business and they are bad to the hotel and the owner is good man but he can't speak English.

Zu Beginn: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten.. Sie können russisch, deutsch und englisch...also Sprachprobleme gibt es keine. Das Hotel ist ein wenig älter und man sieht es in der Ausstattung. Ruhig ist das Hotel nicht. Der gesamte Flugverkehr von Antalya fliegt über dem Hotel. Also einen Wecker benötigt man nicht wenn man jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr geweckt werden will. Es gibt auch keinen Strand beim hotel. Der "private " Strand ist ca 200 meter entfernt. Man muss zu Fuß über eine Strasse und einen Park und dann durch einen Siedlung gehen. Am Weg gibt es einen Supermarkt. Liegen und Schirme sind kostenlos am Strand verfügbar. Dort gibt es eine Bar , wo man Getränkt bekommt (kostenpflichtig). Essen : Ja typisch Buffet.. nichts besonders gut. Wenn man die Auswahl hat würde ich nur frühstück dort buchen und zu Mittag draussen essen. Sind genug Lokale in der Gegend (Vom STRAND zurück zum Hotel) oder man macht mit dem Bus ein Ausflug in die Stadt. mein Fazit: Ich werde in der Stadt Antalya kein Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
