Unbelievable Hospitality!
They paid attention! They knew it was my birthday without any notification. Management had the doorman and hosekeeper send up a well thought out handwritten letter with birthday wishes from the staff and a lovely full size cake on my birthday. What a lovely unexpected surprise!! The front desk, doormen, housekeepers, everyone gave unequivocal attention. I felt like I was in the heart of Manhattan!

El hotel tiene pretensiones, pero no las alcanza. No es de fiar: llevábamos pagada la estancia, y cuando llegamos nos llevaron a una habitación muy cochambrosa, mucho peor que la que habíamos reservado, con vistas a una grua de obra civil. Tuvimos que pagar 55 €/día por dormir en la habitación que ya habíamos pagado. El wc no lo limpian, el desayuno, horrible: solo desayunamos el primero de los 5 días de estancia; no repetimos. la cafetera hay que ponerla en el suelo para poder enchufarla; convinimos con el hotel la organización de un tour entre Yerevan y Gyumri, y no nos contestaron; tuvimos que reservar nosotros un taxi para el traslado el dïa anterior, sin tour. Ni se le ocurra ir a esteh hotel; hay muchos mejores y por menos precio.
