Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit Corona sehr gut umgesetzt, reichlich und gut. Pool und Sauna gut, allerdings fehlen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Leider waren in meinem Zimmer (430, unter dem Dach) die Matratzen ganz schlimm, da ich nur 3 Tage da war, habe ich nichts gesagt, aber in Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen habe ich gehört, dass eigentlich auf alle Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird.

Lage und allgemeine Sauberkeit i.O. Frühstücksservice war bemüht den Massenandrang zu bewältigen(war einigermaßen i.O.) Zimmerreinigung , Bettwäschewechsel wurde in 8Tagen auch auf Wunsch nicht gemacht. Parkgebühren 30Zl, deutlich verteuert BEI voller Hotelauslastung NICHT WIEDER.

Ein sehr freundliches und sauberes Hotel. Die Bedienung sehr nett und alle sprachen deutsch. Frühstück äußerst reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer, Bad und Flur groß und sehr sauber. Gute Lage, mann ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und ach in der Altstadt. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Zimmer, Bad und Flur groß. Ausreichend Schrank-/Schubladenplatz um auch für 4 Wochen seine Utensilien unterzubringen. Da ich ein Eckzimmer hatte, viel der Balkon kleiner aus, für den ich 20 Sloty/Tag zusätzlich bezahlt habe. Viele Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Lichtschalter vom Bett aus zu erreichen oder Kofferablage, darunter Stauraum für Schuhe, darüber Garderobe sind gut durchdacht. Täglich bekam ich 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos.

Na plus brdzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Niestety rano musieliśmy czekać 15 minut na wolny stolik. Restauracja hotelowa, przedzielona szklaną kotarą była praktycznie pusta, ale jej nie udostępniono dla czekających gości. Poza tym brudno w pokoju. Nasz roczny synek raczkował po nim 5 minut i miał wręcz czarne nogi! Podłóg chyba nikt nie mył od dawna. Poza tym widać, że hotel oszczędza na oświetleniu, w każdym pomieszczeniu było za ciemno. Łóżeczko turystyczne, ktore nam wstawiono, w ogólne nie miało materaca. Obsługa w recepcji niemiła. Na naszą uwagę, że od kilku dni nie możemy się do nich dodzwonić, usłyszeliśmy, że to nie ich wina skoro dzwoni 150 osób na raz! Kolejny minus to opłata za wypożyczenie szlafroka, który powinien być w standardzie jeśli w hotelu jest basen i spa.
