Arrived checked in. Never went to room yet was running late for an event. So I arrived later that night to find the rio spelled soooo bad we cystsy in the room we went to try an get another they said none was available an the housekeeping or management wouldn't be in til 8 am. So of course we're forced to sleep in our truck til then. Only to get nothing resolved but to come back Monday to speak with manager. They did let me stay an check out at 130pm. I had to wait for a tow to come give me a jump start my battery had went dead

Avoid
The motel caters to a rougher cliental. As we drove in, we had people watching us come to and from our car - to the point that we parked it in front of our motel room and kept an eye on it all night. There was loud music also playing all hours of the night. The room itself looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, which based on the state of the motel, was likely to never finish. There were dozens of holes punched into the motel room front door - which were from all the door locks they attempted to install. The room had what looked to be a new bedframe installed, as it still had wires poking for the bed lights - which also didn't work. The door to the washroom was off its base and wouldn't fully close. The front door to the motel room was widely off its base and not flush with the top, to the point you could almost peak out of it. There was paint on the floors. Garbage was also strewn about outside. The staff, although very nice, was situated behind what looked to be bulletproof glass. If they don't feel safe working there, what are the odds you'll feel safe sleeping there. Honestly, the only pleasant experience at this motel was briefly speaking with the staff during check in and check out. You get what you pay for, avoid if possible. It's not a motel I'll be staying at again.
