Townhouse by Zenmotel - Miami

Clean. Far from the beach. Good if you have a car. No social atmosphere whatsoever and facilities do not encourage it at all. It could be great if so many things weren't broken. Broken locker, bathroom door handle, shower-head, etc.

First experience with a hostel and it was great. Loved the overall setup.

Terrible experience. When I checked in, I was told that I would be in a shared female room. Turns out I was the only female in the room. The lady who was working the next day fixed it for me & put me in a private room for the night until a bed became available. The guy who replaced her was rude and constantly rushed me the next morning. He went as far as to come in while I was getting dressed & physically move my things out of the room. He also told me that my skin looks horrible & use lots of lotion bc he wouldn’t want the other guests to freak out. But it’s okay if I do I guess. I’m super self-conscious about my eczema already.

Had i known this was a hostel with shared rooms, I never would have booked this joint, talk about smell the place reeked of some 60"s hippie pipe dream patchouli or what ever the incense in the lobby was, it was nauseous. I arrived and turned around and left, I could not cancel it was non refundable.

I did not stay in the toom i booked not one night because i was unsatisfied and they would not give me a refund.
