We will never return to this hotel
The hotel was easy to find. Price was supposed to be $495.96. Charged us $746.94. Rooms are very small. No coffee maker or fridge. Bathroom was a joke. I have a larger bathroom in my trailer. See attached photo. It was the smallest shower I have ever seen. Pipe comes out of ceiling so as you shower the hose is always in the way. You bump into the sink. And the toilet is so close to the door that you have to sit sideways. Ventillation does not work so as you open bathroom door, anyone else in the room knows what you were doing. Some of the staff were very helpful but did not know what they were doing. We had to get all of our room keys re programmed everyday.The restaurant was closed all of August as the staff were on vacation. The manager seemed out of his depth and get angry very easily. When I asked if I could get 3 coffees he got very angry. It was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.We will never go back.

The Brit Hotel does what is needed really. Just outside of Lyon, its quiet and clean. Great for just getting you head down after a busy day.

This is an old property and while it is fairly clean, not easy to make it comparable to other Brit Hotel properties. Value for money as it is Lyon....but this is not up to a Brit Hotel standard

Hôtel avec accès aux chambres par l'extérieur. Les chambres sont petites mais propres, climatisées et bien chauffées. Vaste parking sous vidéo-surveillance. La salle de bains est de type "tout intégré" petite douche avec rideau, lavabo et toilettes. C'est un peu exigu mais fonctionnel dans l'ensemble. Petit déjeuner sur plateau en cette période de covid mais complet (sauf oeufs et charcuteries) au prix de 7,50 euros.
