Poor dinner service
Terrible dinner service. Waited for over 40 minutes for anyone to approach us even to offer a drink. In the end, we left and had dinner in Liverpool. Better choices in Albert Dock ( and cheaper). Nice room. Quiet and good night’s sleep. Location not great. But will be great once further development of the North Docks occurs.

My stay
Hotel is absolutely beautiful the best hotel I have stayed in, rooms were amazing, clean and large. Parking was great. Cocktails amazing and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was the food in the restaurant very expensive and not overwhelming
