Lovely hotel, awkward service
Was a very pleasant stay in an iconic hotel. Dissapponted not to have a bath in the room, feel like the issue could have been looked into further than just a ‘the hotel is full’ response, bare in mind this was a Sunday overnight stay. Also the Cleaner walked in on me at 9.30 as I just woke up which was a bit awkward.

It is an amazing building and the rooms are huge, beds are comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty chaotic both days with basic things not available. A bit of reorganisation would have made it work much better, there seemed to be plenty of staff. It is a bit out of town and so expect lots of walking or taxi rides.

All the staff, especially Luke the concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful. What’s more none of them sounded as if they were reading a script... Amazing room - big enough for the whole family!

Titanic effort but still work to do
a little on the wrong side of town, wouldnt like to walk around that area after dusk, women esp wouldnt feel safe. Need ur own transport to get to main attractions or pay for taxi's there and back which soon mounts up cost wise. Also be aware that the spa is NOT included in your stay. I was asked to pay £40 extra for 2 if we wanted to use the spa pool for a dip... and even then you have to book in advance and are restricted to 2 hours... the rooms are lovely we had a superior double and it was HUGE. The menu was al la carte...yet fish chips and mushy peas...was hardly al la carte...but the price tag was! Would I go again, IS very nice....They could should have a free shuttle service to and from The Albert Dock area so guests can get the full Liverpool Tourist experience.

Titanic hotel Liverpool
Came here with my girlfriend for her 30th birthday for 2 nights. Really can’t fault the service. Rang ahead and the staff gave me details for a local florist who arranged to drop some flowers and a balloon at the hotel which were put in our room for when we arrived. The room itself was huge (superior double) with a great comfy king size bed and a fab large bathroom with big walk in shower and a bath. Enjoyed a meal in the Stanley restaurant that evening and a lady running the restaurant remembered our room no. with the flowers and asked about the birthday. The kitchen then gave us a small cake with happy Birthday Iced in the plate, a lovely gesture. The food in the restaurant although pricey was very good quality. Also spent a couple hours in the Maya blue Wellness spa after we arrived. It’s a shame as a guest you have to pay extra to use it but was worth it in the end. Lovely pool, steam room/sauna and loungers to relax on. Overall though this was a quality hotel, it was nice and quiet being out of town but only 25min stroll to the Albert Dock and a £5 taxi ride into the city. Would highly recommend a stay here
