Accommodation Mistake Langkawi
I would not stay here again there are much better hotels. 1. No fridge or fan in room. 2. Arrive at hotel late at night and had to pay 100MR key deposit and 10MR/day tax. This was not shown on website and reception bad attitude would not allow me to pay next after I change money. 3. Hotel was very empty, my friend and I asked if we could pay difference to be upgraded to a bigger room with a fridge. Reception said no you have to pay for a whole new room and loose payment for current booking. 4. Wifi very poor and kept dropping out. I believe reception turn it off and on every 10 minutes. 5. No top sheet on the bed only a fitted bottom sheet and a thin blanket. 6. I had to ask everyday for my included free bottle water. 7. Reception staff very unhelpful.
