The hotel is fantastic. The service, the location, and the atmosphere are all 5*. I want to give a special thanks to the cleaner who found my passport after I checked out and the front desk staff for returning it to me in no time. Check out the restaurant upstairs. It's worth the visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. I dined there on two occasions, and the food/service were always top-notch.

The staff is this hotel is extremely friendly. The location is excellent and the SPA and Hammam are clean and professional (although slightly expensive, but worth it). Breakfast was good - but adding a vegan option would have been nice for me such as a vegan omelet.

Wonderful hotes. Best services. Very easy to walk everywhere. 15 minutes to Grand Bazars ,15 minuts to Taksim square, 10 minutes to Galata tower. I like the location of the hoel very much. Around the hotel you can find a lot of fushion and local restaurant.
